Are there still many people playing this on-line and is it massively different to MW2 in terms of multiplayer gameplay? I've only just started the WAW single player campaign - missed it first time round.
I just feel like it's more straight forward and a lot less BS. Except for the bouncing betty's. Those are freakin retarded, but I use them to make fun of stupid campers that think they're so clever.
Personally, I love every single CoD game EVER made! (that includes 1 and Classic, FH, UO, BRO 2, 3, RTV, MW1, WaW, MW2) and I am looking forward to this year's (and there's going to be another 2 by the end of next year I believe! :P). So yeah, I recommend any and all CoD games eventually... I have been playing WaW again lately (well, before I got Splinter Cell: Conviction a few days ago), and the online is still great. There is just one flaw though... the normal playlists include ALL DLC maps so you can get kicked out at a new game if the next map is one of those... and for the ones who have the map packs apparantly you have to re-download them every time (I think?) if you want to play on them as there seems to be some sort of error where the game doesn't recognise them... a pain I know, but it's an awesome game! :D I think MW1 is a bit better than MW2... it's the maps, I think.
