^What he said. They are both FPS, but one has kill-streaks and death-streaks, while the other has huge maps, vehicles, and destructible environment. Your trying to compare a Run-n-Gun to a squad base fps. That won't work. If you mean top by units moved, then of course MW2 it was a hype train. If you mean enjoyability then its BFBC2.
This. I hate MW2 but it puts a spell on people. People will play that game no matter how many game breaking glitches there are. I like BC2 more, but I know MW2 will always have more players and sell more.
modern warfare 2 is way more fun at the moment in comparison to BFBC2. :/ i just like the action of mw2 a lot more and all the unlockables and what not. leveling is more fun there, too.

Sorry I didn't mean to say that the stories sucked, what I meant say was that the multiplayer was margianly better in comparison to the singleplayer. Singleplayer itself is decent, but the multiplayer is where these 2 games are at.

Bad company 2 is trash, it's exactly the same as bad company 1 same graphics same guns only thing that is different is the map

Something tels me you didn't play BFBC2. The graphics are by far better, the guns play better, and the environment feels a lot better, plus destruction 2.0.

Battlefield's story is awesome because of how silly it is, the humor made the world, characters, and plot, and it was a blast that had me grinning ear to ear from start to finish.

i didn't say it doesn't have action. i didn't say it doesn't have unlockables. all i said i was enjoy doing it more in MW2 than BC2.
What's the difference between unlocking it in one or the other? I don't understand. You don't like BFBC2 because you enjoy unlocking stuff in mw2 more? Thats the only reason you don't like it?
^^^Why are you guys trying to make sense of why they don't like the game lol ? don't you see the pattern ? as soon as you explain one complaint to them they find another "excuse" as to why its not as good as MW2...they're obviously not going to like the game no matter what you guys say, thats just way it is.
why oh why is there another thread about this? there has been so many BF:BC2 vs MW2 threads, its ridiculous. Its one group of fanboys vs the other, no one gets anywhere and eventually comes down to insults. Not to mention most fanboys are so biased that the game they love has no flaws and every other game has nothing but flaws. Its very narrow minded and they try to pass their opinion off as fact
ive got both and at first i thought bfbc2 was visually better than mw2 but thought it wasnt as much fun, so i started giving it a go just because i loved the graphics and the sound but now i like it loads more than mw2! Mw2 is faster moving though if you like run & gun.
COD...U find a gun that works for u then u start owning. People start complaining then the gun gets nerfed...LAME! U blast someone in the face with a powerful weapon and instead of u killing them, they drop into last stand and kill u with a pistol...UNREALISTIC, LAME! Someone does a 360 off a building and shoots u in the face from 100 yards...UNREALISTIC, LAME. The spawn points...LAME! Then there is the boosting and non-dedicated servers and a COD title every 6 months or so...LAME. Nothing ever changes for the good with COD. Its getting worse with every title. Battlefield...Dedicated servers, realistic gameplay, full access to vehicles, people die when u shoot them, must have teamwork to win= Realistic and epic FPS! P.S. COD is horrible and Battlefield has risen :)

Yea sorry about that wasnt paying attention to the date on this thread. IF only COD would add dedicated servers it would change my outlook on it. But who cares what i think, just speaking my mind bra! BTW which will u buy?

Mw2 and BFBC2 have been out for over a year now and I think you got this thread title confused with "MW3 or BF3" there is a HUGE difference.
