COD vs Halo

This is not really a versus thread just wanted to give my little schpeel.

I enjoy COD me, not saying its better but I like it more.

I've just recently got a 360. I've played both games before at friends but no too extensively. When I first got on a cod4 games as a newb I wasnt any good but I did OK. Not a positive ratio but I had some moments.

When I got on a Halo 3 game I got my ass handed to me. Halo is a much more hardcore game IMO. I've gotten better but I think COD's popularity comes from anyone can get in a COD game and do relatively well. Obviously the people that are great will still own you but the people that are Halo pros will MASSACRE you. Call of Duty simply is just an easier game which is probably why I play it much more than Halo.

If I was actually good at Halo like i've gotten with COD maybe I would be better and have more fun with it.

Both games are great and fun, Halo is more hardcore IMHO.

Halo 3 is better.. Call of Duty has a split community( WAW MW)and it will continue to get split with MW2 coming out

Modern warfare 2 is going to be even more newb freindly. I heard there is a new perk that rewards someone that dies 3 times in a row w/o killing anyone, lol

Both games are great to play. I would say Halo is harder though. COD can be difficult online, but there were stretches in Modern Warfare where I could dominate for awhile.

Modern Warfare 2 may end up taking some more skill since a lot of the maps are larger and are more vertical. I also feel like your reflexes need to be quicker, but it is hard to tell this early.

I love both series, but I like Call of Duty more. The story and the gameplay is more engaging in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, I still love all the Halo games and am a big fan.

And Call fo Duty is fully of kids exploiting the game and spamming grenades while jumping around like spazziods. Whats your point?

Personally I greatly prefer Halo to Call of Duty. While both start out as more user friendly, I believe Halo becomes more hardcore online as you rank up.

there called deathstreaks and yeah most of them are pretty gay ones a juggernaut kinda thing and another is a martyrdom kinda thing
