c.o.d. w.a.w. read dsk error

last night went to play c.o.d and the strangest thing happened. it came up with load error this disc is dirty. So i tried it a few times same thing. i also have the game installed on the hd. Tried it again this morning all was fine and dandy. low and behold it happened to three of my m8s at work about the same time. neither of us could get it to load last night.

how bizarre did this happen to anybody else.

This happened to everybody when they switched off the douple XP weekend. People who were playing when it got switched off could stay on but new players could not boot the game. It didnt last long though!
