look around the pause menu for a cheat menu. it should list cheats as well as how many intel pieces you've collected on the mission you're currently playing.
Check You tube there are lots of vids on the locations its like 2.30 mins but watch it and narrow down what ones you have/have not gotten or do not remember getting.

i wish gears did that. i'm 29/30 on gears also and i've all but given up on finding the last one
