I forget the mission, but you are in a barn and looking out at 2 or 3 terrorists and they are about to execute a man. You simply shoot them before they shoot the innocent man and there you go.
On The Hunted. You go to a shed and you look through a window and see a terrorist with a gun pointed at a farmer. Shoot him and the farmer will run into his house :) Hope I helped
On that same level you have to wait till Price says something about stopping the terrorists before they kill the farmer. If you shoot the terrorists before he says that it will not give the achievement.
