COD4 super jump?

How come i cannot do the super jump on the 360 but i see people always do it on the ps3? I can do the freeze jump and everything but i cannot get launched (catapulted) into the air like i have seen? my Friend can do it on his ps3 and he has no mods. so i don't think that it is one.. What do you think? if you know how then ask for my gamer tag and show me or just tell me here i appreciate all the help i can get...

Yeah you should man and I wouldn't give your GT out on this because of what you already said. That would be the worst thing possible if someone decides to report that.

I remember in the beta they wanted to resolve everything that was wrong with it because their were glitchers and still are. I saw a few in a game the other day, no one likes it so you're better off not knowing how to do it.

He's right it won't, cause glitchers have no skill and they need to get whatever edge they can find unfortunatley....

Actucally in any tournment format glitching is grounds for automatic disqualification for the player and potentially his team as well.

haha right people that cannot glitch have tried cannot do it and given up i have skill and i dont use any gliches in any game i go in private matches with friends and just fool around..

The PS3 and 360 are built very differently. It could be a bug in the PS3 version only...a55a55inx

All I'm saying is glitching ruins the Multiplayer aspect of the game... why learn something so complex and complicated if you can't do it in a real game in the first place?

So what does everyone consider glitching?

Like jumping up on the archway in Backlot or the rooftops in Overgrown? I have to say that's not glitching, you can get to those spots by using normal game functions. Besides, you can see peoples feet through the rooftop on Overgrown and get an easy kill.

Now, getting in places where the texture drops out or you can see through walls and the like (CoD3 online players will remember) is glitching IMHO.

I consider it to be abusing an unintended aspect of a game to give a player an unfair advantage over another.

lol thats what all cheater/glitchers say when people get on they case about glitching, "oh i only do it in private matches messing about with my friends, i never do it in real matchs" and its allways BS

In requards to the issue of glitching. Its cheating hands down. I agree with most of the posters that if you can get onto a rooftop for example by normal game methods then it is ok. But if it gives you an advantage that no one else in the game can have, then it is cheating.

Case in point - Call of Duty v 1 - 1.5 (scope glitch)

In the original Call of Duty for the PC, there was a well known glitch that allowed you to run at full speed while AIDS with a bolt action rifle. That is obvious cheating because of the fact that while scoped with a bolt action rifle on a CoD game, the first bullet will go where you are aiming. Running at full speed while being that accurate is an unfair advantage over other players.

On the topic of CoD 4, I have not really encountered glitchers. However, I know that there are some out there. If you kill me and the killcam shows you as glitching, your butt is reported by me. IDC what you say, but I play games for fun and dont need to experience ruined by some kid who thinks it is cool to cheat.
