COD4/WAW Not saving stats?

hey all,

for the past week or so when i play cod:waw online, my stats (kills/challenges/level rank, etc) aren't saved into their database. if i back out to the main menu, and go back into multiplayer, my stats are all reset back to what they were previously.

at first i thought it was just cod:waw bugs, but i tested it out on cod4, and it's doing the same thing.. i've tried deleting my profile, and recovering it, incase something got corrupt, i've checked my router settings.

any thoughts??

yup. i don't even know who i would try to contact to fix this.
