Well they are both in different genres so you can't really compare the two to each other, so I'm not sure. However since they release in different months you will have plenty of time to try Midnight Club LA out before COD even is released.
The market is already flooded with shooters and theres alot more coming. I'd go with Midnight Club just because it's not one of the 500 shooters coming out in the next 3 months.

I agree. I was going to get Midnight Club as well, but I've decided to go with Need For Speed Undercover.
I am just thinking that Midnight Club will not have much replay value when all these other games come out, and since I Have Burnout Paradise that should be enough. Dont you think?

Sorry, they are actualy released 3 weeks away from each other.
Thats 3 weeks of game play you could get, then when COD releases play MC LA for another week & read up on all the reviews from game sites & players for COD. You could then do 2 things. First rent COD and find out first hand which you think is better or sell Midnight Club & use that money to get COD. One month after the game is released, during the holiday season, you should get at least $40 back to put toward COD. Can you afford to put up $20 a month later???? If you are in the situation as you say you are that you can't buy multiple games, then you need to make sure that $60.00 is well spent. From now until Christmas there are several much better Shooters releasing than World At War. Are you already planning on buying other games as well??? Just trying to figure out what to spend that last bit of money on or what??? The reason I ask, Gears Of War 2, Fallout 3, & especially Far Cry 2 seem like much better buys than COD.

Exactly.
Midnight Club will be worth every penny. Read up on some of the Multiplayer Hands-on.
Call of Duty will probably be a better than shooter than Midnight Club: LA a racing game, but overall, I would favor Midnight Club: LA over Call of Duty: WaW, simply because Midnight Club looks a lot more promising. Though I have a feeling both games willl disappoint, I'm looking more forward to MC.
