Comcast Economy internet service with xbox live

Is the Comcast Economy Internet Service Sufficient Enough to play Xbox Live on. Or is it too slow? Does Anybody use it?

they have a new cheaper version of there internet service.....but it is slower. I was just wondering if it was fast enough to play live on

ive never heard of that i have normal comcast service its really good for gaming lag and connection issues are almost never coming from me so maybe a slower service could still work.
