Why do they keep sending you to Microsoft? Did the plan not take effect yet? I know on some extended warranties stores sell they don't take effect until AFTER the Manufacturer Warranty is over.
Please verify the info then post the results. I work at Best Buy and I know that this is not how we do business. If a customer comes in with a problem, we solve it.

because from what I think its not about it being fixed, its about fighting for wasting 60$ on this crap compusa warranty.
well i asked for the coffin from ms. so as i wait i will keep trying to get it replaced. its a war. point here is they robbing people with no intentions on giving you the replacement. compusa has closed many many stores down cause of inflated prices and because of bad service. i swear i will burn down the store or i will follow the gm home and then take pictures of his family and email him the pics tell him what a nice family he has, now how about a replacement.i won't actually do that but it was a thought. crayc3000
