When exactly is Mass Effect coming out.Some sites say it was delayed until Sept. IGN says June. I just preordered at my local Game Crazy and their computers said June 20. I'm confused
It'd be nice if it came out in June.. that's only a stone's throw away now.. but I was looking at Bestbuy and it said even as late as October 15th... then again, I haven't found an official release date either.. so I hope it's in June :P That'd be cool.
Gamestop is saying sept 4th...Sigh any how to many games do out...So im not that worried...Ive got like 20 good games do out...So if it is sept i can hold out )...
OK, it is NOT coming out in June, it was bumped to September months ago. However, with Halo3 releasing in September, I can pretty much guarantee you that they will wait & release Mass Effect in Nov or Dec. No way they are going to release 2 of the years biggest titles in the same month, it'll never happen.

False. There is no release date yet and the developers nor publishers said nothing like that ever. They never gave a release date.

Now that Halo 3 is set for September I firmly believe X360's heavy hitter for November and the holidays will be Mass Effect.
I read somewhere september, but like someone else pointed out, halo 3 is coming out in that month. people will be deciding which to get... and with a solid history that halo has, a lot of people would lean to that. remember though bioware has a good history (knights of the old republic). wont stand up against halo 3 though.
My guess is the same day or close to the date gears was released. In Nov. But they need to put down a date and start acting like the game is good. Show some muscle bioware put a date down and make other games move out your way.

no it wasnt bumped to september. that was just speculation, and so is everything else until bioware finally gives an official release date.
chew on this bioware said mass effect wont be at e3 so then this game is going to be released between june and august if it goes up against halo 3 sorry to say it it will fail because halo 3 is already gaining hype to where it can be considered to be the most hyped game of all time and rumors going around saying halo 3 has 4 million preorders on its wing already so it will be very unwise to release it sept

Mass Effect has no release date. When was the last time a game with no release date suddenly announcing that it is coming out in less than a month??? Never. Especially for a game this big.

no, ur dumb and bioware wouldnt be very smart either if they released it around the time of halo 3. that would really hurt their sales. they even said themselves on their forums that their not gonna try and compete w/ halo. quote "we are definitely not trying to compete with halo. it is a juggernaut."
