hey i use xbox live but my mum and dad would prefer that i leave the internet modem nxt to the computer so i dont move it every time i want to go on live. beside the phone line in my room there is a thing called a data port (i think) which is like and ethernet cable through the walls. I would like to try and connect through this but i connect the xbox and the modem to the data port but it doesnt work but it works for the modem to the computer through this method. Help is greatly appreciated
