Is there any other way for me to connect to Xbox Live other than buying the $100 wireless adapter or plugging it into my computer? Also, I don't have phone jack that connects to the internet where my Xbox 360 is. Is there any cheap options for me?

well, you could try to find a gaming place in your town. here we have game on. they do everything there, so you can buy your live card, then play on their machines. You do have to pay though.

Buy the original xbox's wireless adapter. Plug the ethernet cord into your router.

If you have a laptop that wirelessly connects to the internet, you could plug the 360 ethernet cable into it. And you can google how to change the IP address and all that stuff, it should be pretty easy.
