ok so i got the rrod on my xbox 360 a couple of days ago blah blah whatever, so i called microsoft at that # 1-800-4my-xbox and i can't seem to get a hold of anybody just an operator who gets me no where. can somebody please help?
answer the first two or three questions. after that just say AGENT into the phone. the automated talking will stop and he will say hang on while i look for the next available agent. and then you will talk to a person.

i believe also that if you press 0 at any time it goes to a representative
