lost planet, halo 3, CAN PLAY YOUR OWN MUSIC WHILE PLAYING GAMES, great graphics, XBOX LIVE 360 style, watch videos from comp, and picures and stuff, gears of war, IT IS THE BEST SYSTEM OUT THERE!
the fact there are no more xbox games and Xbox Live for xbox users is shrinking thanks to xboxes no longer being in production as well as games like Vegas Gears and Lost Planet being so good that they play that instead of Halo 2 should be enough
No news on any price drop. There is a $300 core version and a $400 premium version. Get the preium, with the core you can't save games or have Xbox Live so there is really no point.
Uhh...to play the MASSIVE library of xbox360 games? i would urge you to wait though if you think your original xbox is enough to hold you over granted, it's just a rumor...but i'd be pretty ticked if i purchased an xbox360 today only to see them release the brand new "zephyr" or "black xbox360" in may if you enjoy your xbox that much, why not get some more games for it and then wait a coupla months? if nothing else, you may get a better deal on those packages offered in walmart/costco/etc... etc...
