Convince me to buy a 360.

I want a wii for christmas but everyone is telling me to get a 360. I don't see the point because my parents are strict about M games. Convince me to buy a 360. Only post suggestions for Teen and below. I already have lost planet for computer.

if i couldnt play any m rated games i dont think i would buy any system but if u convince ur parents in letting u play the m rated games theni could giveyoutons of reasons to buy a xbox 360.

Hmm... well, the 360 is all about blood, gore, explosions, boobs, more explosions, exploding bodies shooting blood, gory boobs, exploding boobs, and lots of exploding aliens. With boobs, mind you.

The Wii is about games designed for people who can't handle the aforementioned things. But dude, we can't decide for you- it all comes down to personal preference. Frankly, I'm happy with my exploding boobs, and you'll probably like the Wii. Go for it.

See, I like exploding boobs AND nintendo's quality first party titles....Wii60 for life! But seriously, if you can't play M rated games, than that severly limits the quanity of games worth playing on the 360. Perhaps go for the Wii for now, and in a couple of years get a 360...

what do you think we're marketing people here to sell you a system. what don't your do your own research to see if you want the system don't make us waste our time trying to make a sales pitch to you.

Definately.. I mean look at the way Nintendo has gone the past few years.. its all geared toward younger people.. the 360 is geared towards 17 - upper 20s or 30s type gamers

Hey, take it from me I own a wii and a 360 and I play my 360 100x more than my wii the wii is fun for the first hour you have it then it just gets boring. Seriously get a 360 you wont regret it.

I also own both a 360 and a Wii. I play my Xbox daily, while my Nintendo sits unused.

I recommend buying a 360 for several reasons; if you're looking for an excellent gaming experience in terms of games, graphics, online, compatability, overall enjoyment, and much, much more, by all means consider a purchase.

One word.....Bioshock. Oh wait thats rated Mature....ummUno is fun.

all of the greatest games for 360 are rated M. Halo, Crackdown, Bioshock, Mass Effect, Dead Rising, Gears....basically if you take away the 360's M rated game lineup and replace them with games like Uncharted, you have the PS3. on the other hand, the 360's M rated games really are the best out there imo, but they're useless if you can't buy them, right? if you're looking into getting a next gen console (next gen in this casereferring to a system with advanced graphical capabilities, etc) you should consider the PS3. it has more T rated exclusives than the 360.

and if you want a Wii more than any other system, go ahead and get it. i own a Wii, and while i don't think it's the best system on the market, it does provide a lot of fun. you'll have to be quick about buying one though, because they sell fast.

Dont get a Wii unless you are prepared to be severly disappointed playing Wii sports til you buy a new system or wait liek a decade for the next, next gen systems to come out

Well, I had a Wii, and I did have some fun with it, but I almost literally just sold it.

I plan on getting a 360, mostly because I see a lot of good games for it...most are M, but try to convince your parents.

The Wii was all I had, and it still collected dust. I hardly ever played it, even though I had BWii and LOZ.

Sure, its fun, and a good system if your friends have it! That was almost the only time I had fun was playing at my friends house lol.

But thats just my experience with it, so do whatever you feel is best I guess. You will anyway lol.
