Coolest new character in Mass Effect 2?

Out of the new characters we know about so far, which one do you like the best. I'm digging Subject Zero, as she looks to be a total badass. I'll definitely keep her in my party at all times when I go through the game as a renegade.

If you look at all the new powers available I think Shepard himself will be the most awesome new character. (play style wise.)

I haven't looked into the new characters yet besides Thane and he seems cool.
