I am thinking about buying a Core/Arcade 360 but I need to know if i can use a mic or have xbox live gold on it.

If you are getting xbl you will need a HD I believe. If not it would fill a whole memory card with info.

You should just save up and get the Pro setup. It comes with everything that you want; mic, XBL gold(for a month), wireless controller, plus the harddrive which is important especially if you want more arcade games.

mics come with a the pro system... it also comes with a HDD which is what u need for xbl gold. so i would spend the little extra and get that
