Yes, GRAW2 is better than GRAW1 but neither has a huge pool of online players anymore. (Most left for CoD but you can still find matches)
Yes, people still play BF:BC. Nothing against BF:BC but most people I know bailed on it real quick and went back to CoD for their multiplayer military shooter fix. That's just my friends list, though, it's not like you're going to have a hard time finding matches on BF:BC, plenty of people still play it.
Lost Planet I wouldn't know. I couldn't even stomach the campaign of that game and quit after about three levels.
