Um how much will crack down be worth? Considering that 90% of people that bought it did not want to stupid game to begin with. How much will it be worth when i go to my local EB games or Gamestop? and i dont think it will be alot because they will loose money. I heard that a kid trated his crack down for a pack of gum.
Yo i know its a rip off but i cant get any more for them anyways, hey i think Gears is worth 35 as a trade in, now thats a deal, i got tired of it when they did not allow you to go into matchmaking with your friends. But yeah If its a little bit off money, and if i get lucky i might be able to trade it for an ice cream
You will barely get anything for it...even if it was brand new you'd still only get like $20. Trading in games is a huge rip off...format_kid
If you are NEVER going to play it again then why not get $20 for it? There has been a lot of times that games just collected dust and I never touched them again so I figured what the heck. I traded them at Blockbuster because they give WAY more than anywhere else, at a certian point they had an insane deal where you would trade in any3 games and get a new game (xbox360 included)free plus still get the credit for the games.
I traded about 24 PS games and made out like a bandit.
Crackdown is awesome, I will never trade it in. I guess I'm the only person on the planet who bought Crackdown for Crackdown, I didn't even DL the H3 Beta, I can wait until September to play H3.
But to all of you slamming Crackdown, you wouldn't know a great game if it bit you in the backside.
Crackdown is a totally addictive game, and the art style is great for it, it's like an advanced version of the Hulk destruction game, but with way more to do and experiment with. IT's a physics playground for sure. I initially thought the lack of story line would make the game seem stale or void, but it lets you be creative and takes away any restrictions. It's totally worth the full price regardless of the H3 beta.
I traded it in at Gamecrazy last friday, 2 days before the beta ended and got 33 bucks for. They even had a sales flyer that said they will give 33 bucks for it.
Well it might be a good game to you guys, but i personally got bored of destroying things quickly. There is also no real story .... so its kinda hard to keep going, when i finished the game i was not satisfied.
I actually do want Crackdown. I got into the Halo 3 beta by the rule of three, so I thought it would be sensible to wait until the end of the beta to buy Crackdown when eBay gets flooded with copies of it. Right about now, in fact...
Well it's selling for $35 used now - so I would say you'd probably get around $15 for it on trade. When the H3 beta ended the stores got flooded with used copies of Crack Down. Good for the buyer who wants Crack Down - bad for the seller. :)
