M: Use of drugs, intense violence, blood, gore, sexual themes, strong language. I played the demo and it didnt seem that bad. Is it really this graphic? I want to pick this game up by i have semi strict parents so just wondering if their worries are justified.... Mainly the sexual themes part. Im almost 16 so its not like im 12 like some of the kids in Gears and i consider myself mature.Â

I have no idea where the "sexual themes" came from. I beat the game, and I didn't see anything remotely sexual. I also don't remember any particularly strong language, but i might be wrong. I don't recall any drug use (they refer to drugs as one of the crimes, i think, of the los muertos but thats it)
It's not blatant like GTA but used more for proper ambiance. The bad guys, good guys, and passersby all curse but you actually have to be paying attention and it's not all the time. Some of the buildings have suggestive neons and names but nothing you would notice if you weren't looking for it. I haven't come across the drugs thing yet.

the only sex reference is on one of the los muertos bosses, saying she recruits people via sexual methods
