Crackdown lacks points

Crackdown as you can see only has 900 points when xbox.com clearly states that all games must meet a requirement of having 1000 points, this was made a rule within a month ago, so there have been some questions to where the other 100 points are, maybe in the halo 3 beta?    Please if anyone knows can you tell me

you sure that the rule is that it MUST have 1000 points?  You do know that they have announced that they are adding 250 more points to games and arcade games?  Probably for an expansion pack.
