Yeah, The grenade launcher is on the "los Muertos" Island. The rocket launcher is with the Triads(I know they are not called Triads in the game, but the chinese guy in charge gives off a triad mob boss vibe to me lol). You will have a ton of fun when you get those.

No the rocket launcher is on volk island gang territory just run around sooner or later someone will fire it at you, the rocket launcher where the shai gen are is the firefly thats basically the heat seaking rocket launcher

You are incorrect sir. I have not even been to the volk Island, and I have TWO rocket launchers. The 1 shot holding slow loader, and the 5 shot holding firefly.

Me too, i need the seeker now though.
the seeker is easy to get, a lot of the guys carry it. I think I got mine of one of the guys before I killed the scientist.
