We at XBOX Entertainment hold under warranty for up to three years all incidents involving "the red ring" errors some customers have faced, all other errors and hardware mis-functions are under a limited warranty which may include a charge to the consumer.

However the XBOX Cup Holder (TM) is under a complete 110% lifetime warranty.
