Custom colors on the new dashboard

So I have been hearing some things from Microsoft like the total customization of the dashboard

such as adding or deleting icons on the My xbox Page

and the color customization of the dashboard

all is kind reinforced by this video

As you see the dashboard has a bluish tint instead of that Grey we all LOVE

also the layout of the icons seem to change in almost every video

right but if you look at some of the demonstrations on gametrailers alot of time things arn't in the same place and mic soft did comment on dashboard customization
