When I turn my Daewoo TV to Pal 60, all the colours are washed out and there's some ghosting? (on X360)

Anyone have any solutions?

Thanks in advance.

How are you connecting to it?  Try a different cable or type of cable.

I'm using the normal component - it's only a CRT so VGA ect... are out of the picture.

I'm wondering whether or not the Power Supply in my room could be limited - is this a possibility?

I would take it to another TV and see if its having same problem, that way you can rule out if its the tv or the console.

They do make an s-video cable http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/x/xbox360svideocable/

Hi ya... I know it's a pretty old topic but what sorta Daewoo TV do you/did you have.... what model? I also have an old CRT Daewoo, when I change the mode to PAL-60 it flickers too and when I looked into it online it officially says 50Hz only so I was just thinking if you got it working would it work for me too.

Not all TVs support PAL-60. My old TV didn't and when I tried I just got a nasty black and white image. Changing cables won't do much if your TV can't deal with it.
