dante's inferno?

so i have been surfing the web (okay, pretty much just gamespot), and i stumbled upon Dante's inferno, which comes out early next year. im a big God of War fan, and this looks similar (i believe that the two games have the same level designers). the lack of press anywhere except for every so often here on GS, has got me a little worried about it. am i being over excited about it? im pumped by the way

I'm looking forward to this game too. It got coverage at E3, so people know about it;). It should get a lot of hype closer to the release date.

i agree, i was just saying that because a person form that team worked on this game, and it does appear to play almost identical to God of War, as opposed to another game of the same genre. relax man.

I'm really interested in this game as well. I've been watching a few of the developer's diaries that gamespot is providing and It looks pretty impressive.

I personally hope that there is a lot of depth to this game! If I had it my way I would have a ton of RPG elements in the game. I would love to have a highly customizable character that fights his way through hell, that would just be sweet!

Asfor the discussion on whether this is a God of War clone. I think it's ok to compare it to God of War, becauseDI looks to be a major release. I can't think of any games within the genre that were as big as this game and GoW, at least within this period of time. So, major releases should be compared to other major releases.
