Dashboard keeps pausing??

Ok this is pretty weird, it started a couple of days a go, when i'm just browsing the dashboard it sometimes pauses for like 10 - 30 seconds and then goes back to normal??

Anybody else had this? i can't find anything about this issue anywhere.

If you're connected to Xbox Live then its not the console. It's your internet connection giving you lag.

I know this one for a fact.

Lol cheers dude i was having a small heart attack over here, come to think of it my internet connection has been a bit laggy in general lately, i'll have 2 get on the phone and shout at BT =].

BTW, I fix computers for living and I know a good deal about the xbox...I'm not going to say why on that.
