You can't do both. I'd challenge anyone to have sex in any position and still be playing a video game well. Even if you're engaging in less active (for the guy) forms, if your girl is good you're not gonna be concentrating on the game while she's going to work on you. You'll probably put the controller down or not be paying attention at all.
