Hi, just got a 360 last week or so.

I bought dead rising for it and it is working fine other than the fact that the cutscenes have no sound.

They did have sound for the first few days but it just stopped working.

Can anyone help me fix this problem, or can it even be fixed?

Cheers

Is everything plugged in right? If it is, check the disc for scratches or something. My copy has been working fine since I got it.

Know anything that might be wrong with it?

make sure you press stop if you're playing music from the xbox guide button, that cuts out the sound

I found this on the Capcom forums. It's very little help, but might be your problem maybe... Also, have you played while connect to Xbox Live? An automatic update might fix it.
