No offense but this isnt much of a great deal. I purchased my copy of BioShock, Brand new and sealed, for only $37.99. There are some for even cheaper. So 30 bucks for a USED video game, with a brand new price like that shouldnt warrant a buy, unless you're really on a budget, and something like 8 bucks matters.
better than 60 bucks tell me what is wrong with used games

Nothing. I would rather pay 8 bucks more for a brand new one, than a second hand title. If there's a huge difference in price between a new and a used then that's cool. I have a couple used titles myself. But like I said, personally, I would rather just fork over 7-8 more bucks for a new one. I never said there was anything wrong with used games.
Also a weekly deal is that they are cutting off $10 dollars if you pre-order GTA IV standard edition (retail $119.95)
I personally think the reason on why they are doing this small promotion is to attract customers which perhaps it does with the 7 day return deal, although I would recommend GTA fans and gaming consumers to seek site ratings and had previously played GTA games to buy from JB HI FI (Australia) as I am sure there are also stores that sell it cheaper in other countries for like 10-20 dollars off.

Must be nice to have all that money. Some of us can't afford to always buy New games, regardless of what it may do to the industry the majority of the games I purchase are used.
I get a lot of my games from the used/preowned section as it saves a lot of money. The only thing you MUST do is check the surface of the disc before leaving the shop. Despite all the policies they supposedly have about resurfacing scratched discs when you trade them in (and taken money from you for doing it), somehow the same policy doesn't apply when they sell the disc. I have been sold 2 discs that I returned for another before even leaving the store
