Defeating General RAMM (Gears of War)

Man so hard how can I avoid the Kryll? I mean its kinda hard to avoid them because its either they kill you or RAAM does tips on this would be appreciated I just want to complete this so I can finally get on with studying!

It's best to use two players and have one guy shoot him with the torque and the other guy snipes him in the face.

Just don't stay in darkness for too long, and they won't attack you.

As RAAM gets near you, run to the other end and use sniper rifle/torque bow beat sh*t out of him until he gets to you then run again.

What these two folks above me have said. Torque Bow and then Sniper (Try to get a headshot) works very well. If you can manage it, sometimes RAAM will get stuck in certain areas of the map, which means he won't advance towards you anymore. Take full advantage of the situation. I know that he gets stuck a lot. If he does happen to get to close, run, run and don't look back unless your coop friend drops. Try to have the two of you run behind the same cover and do it all over again. Make sure you run in the light and you stay in cover that's being covered in a beam of light.

Hope he gets stuck, Torque Bow/Longshot him in the face. Keep your head down, pop up only to take a second to shoot. And don't forget to blind-fire the occasional frag. Good luck! Keep Dom alive by the way... Give him a Toque and a Sniper too, maybe he's a good shot?

Get full Torque bow, and blind fire an arrow at him.

It takes practice to beat him. also stock up on grenades.As soon as the fight begins, run to the furthermost single cement block on the farthest right (by the four blocks in a square formation). Once at this block, wait for RAAM to approach. Keep facing to right while behind the block, and he will eventually get stuck, if it doesn't happen the first time keep on running around it until it does. Once RAAM is stuck, blindfire a Torque Bow bolt into his chest and then quickly switch to the Lancer and empty a clip into him. After reloading the Lancer switch back to the Bow and repeat until out of ammo, death, or until General RAAM is killed. Getting a perfect reload will help greatly with the Torque Bow but is not necessary with the Lancer as the added damage will wear off before it can be used.

Another strategy involves a similar preparation, acquiring a full clip of Torque Bow bolts, before proceeding. Once the fight begins, shield yourself until you can maneuver past him to the platform where he originated from (this largely involves using Dom as a decoy). Hit him with a Torque Bow to scatter the Kryll, then unload on him with the rail cannon. If you cangetto the cannon, this makes the fight very short.

RAAM was pretty hard for me too. Like others said, Torque Bow, then switch to Sniper and shoot him in the face. Grenades work too if you're not good with the Torque Bow.
