Anyone on here know how to delete credit card info that is stored after purchasing MS Points? For some reason I cant figure it out. I get to the "Edit CC Info" page and I cant highlight stuff to delete it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My 360 wont let me buy Microsoft points because it says my cc is invalid...but its the same cc that they are charging for xbox live. Not to mention that the card still works, but yeah. Theres no way to edit or delete it, not on the xbox, not on the xbox website. I have no clue. But im gonna go pick up some pts at circuit city on my lunch break
Log in at live.xbox.com, go to Manage Profile, Billing and Contact Info Management, it should show all your cards. Then click the one you want to remove, then "Go to payment method information", then "Use a different payment method" and choose one of the cards you still want to use. After that, the old card should be marked as removed in your account.

it's a widely known "fact" (at least i thought) that once you put your CC on it is VERY HARD, near impossible, to get it off. The ONLY way is to call them but even then they will argue you, turn you in circles and just try to confuse you. So my suggestion, get a full head of steam, call them, and don't take no for an answer. I'm going to do it eventually when i get scared enough about "identity theft". good luck.

very true, i just went through this 2 nights ago, they wouldnt remove it.
