Deus Ex Human Revolution Shop help

Hey i was just wondering, does the inventory for the shopkeepers replenish itself.

Every time you go to a city the store's items will replenish. However, each time you go to the city you can buy 2 upgrades. If you don't buy all the upgrades before you leave the cities each time, you will miss them. So make sure you buy out the store's stock as much as you can before you progress through each area.
