Downloaded the demo last night and was very impressed. It's about time i'm gonna play a hackNslash game on the 360. Awsome combo moves to perform + great graphics + cool boss fights + achievements, something the ps3 version doesn't have(poor ps3 people)= A must own game for me next month along with Lost Odyssey.
It was pretty bad in terms of quantity, it also kinda threw us in the middle of it with no explanation of what was happening, but I might only be so critical of it because I played it right after finishing the Bioshock demo. But what was there was enjoyable, I just wish they gave us the option of playing on a difficulty above easy.

I played it and thought it was awesome. I'm a bit hesitant to get it though since I know DMC has a reputation for being really punishing (I've never really played the other three games. I played a little bit of DMC1 but not enough to really count). I found the demo pretty easy but then I heard it was on easy mode which makes me think that I'll just beat DMC1 and DMC3 before getting DMC4.
I loved the demo! I'm absolutely hyped about this game now. I played the demo twice in a row and can't wait to play the real thing.
I'm not sure what people aren't enjoying about the demo...except that it's a demo and you have no unlockable abilities that you will obviously get with the red orbs while playing the real game...still, hearing comments about repetative gameplay is odd considering it's a ten minute demo.

The choice of making the demo the way it is was pretty bad on their part. They should've at least gotten rid of the time limit and added in all the cutscenes. But I guess most people are really only interested in the gameplay, and if hack n' slash games aren't your type of thing, than so be it. Personally I thought the game looked beautiful, but the speed and intensity of the game was much slower than in DMC3.

I doubt it will be sold out since the game is also coming out for the ps3. Even though I want to play this game the day it comes out i'm not gonna pre order it and istead just run around like a crazy person from one store to the next till I find it. I don't know i'm wierd.
I never played a DMC game b4 and I rele liked this one. I just hated the timer thingtunasandwich395
The timer was there for a reason but Capcom screwed up the demo and didn't tell you why right of the bat. Nero has ten minutes to get to the city limits to chase down Dante after fighting him at the church. Without the opening cutscene to accompany it the timer seems random. But at the end of the first level if you check the drawbridge it then tells you what all the rush was about. Then after that why the counter runs into the next level is just Capcom being idiots when the made the demo and linked the two levels like that.
I loved it, the boss battle was cool, I beat it, was a challenge. Graphics were also good. Preordered the limited edition! To bad im working the day it comes out :cry:

Sorry to burst your bubble Mr. Ignorant fanboy, but Ps3 is getting this game as well, and they also have a Hack N Slash game that's about 10x better than this.

it was alright except for the fact it had a timer of ten minutes and it was on easy diffulcuty and if your wondering how i downloaded it on a silver account well i'll tell you my friend lives with me and he also has a 360 and it has a memory unit so i just borrowed his gamertag and if you think thats cheap of me well i'll tell you something i bought his 360.

Does it sound like i'm not grateful. I'm very grateful that dmc4 is coming out on the 360. Maybe if you read my post more clearly and had alittle bit of a brain you would of understood that. Oh by the way unlocking achievements while playing 360 games>hard boiled.
