since i have not seen one,what are every ones thoughts on devil may cry 4? i personally think it was a great game,but i could see how some people would not like it,because the only thing next gen about is the graphics.also if you have played the game whats your highest level on bloody palace?mines 25.i can't beat that giant fire demon quickly he always drains my time down.
I got to level 66 on bloody Palace. Getting to level 101 is insane, on level 99 you have to fight 44 of those knights. It's up on youtube somewhere....insane.
As for the main game. Yeah it's pretty good and I like Nero and the cutscenes. But backtracking through the game as Dante rather then have him have his own levels rehashing the boss fights was lame...
I enjoyed DMC4 but then again I enjoyed all of the DMC games(except for 2). I didn't mind the backtracking so much, so that was no big deal. BTW my highest level on Bloody Palace is 91.
I love it. I always think of Devil May Cry as king of its own gameplay style and Ninja Gaiden the other. Those two games really are enough for me to buy an entire console for. I haven't played Bloody Palace yet though, I'm still going through Dante Must Die mode. Reasonably tough.
I won the game from the CAGcast podcast for PS3. It isn't a terrible game, but I haven't touched it since I beat that first 4 legged boss battle. I think the hour long intro cut scene really turned me off.
Ye it's a good game but and this is a very big but it won't really keep you interested.I got it a month ago and only played it a couple of times!!Rent it first to see if it will keep you interested!!
