Did microsoft get hacked?

This seems like a possibility given what I've seen happen in the past 48 hours. Last night my live account was broken into, my usernames/passwords were changed, and $125 was deducted from my debit card. At the same time, xbox.com has been down forat least 48 hours, and registration for new xbox live accounts is closed. Does anyone else think there's something a bit off?

Xbox.com was and is still up and registration is still open

I think someone compromised your account and you should call Microsoft as soon as possible

xbox.com has been up for me, i think you got hacked.

I already called microsoft and my bank to report the fraud, and they shut down my live account until its investigated. That doesnt explain why xbox.com is down for me though, or why I cant register new xbox live accounts on my console.

nope they arent hacked and xbox.com is workin fine so the problem is completely on your end. Idk what the problem could be though.

There's a new issues that start hitting multiple users, i can't see any party invite/game invite/message i receive unless i check xbox.com or if i restart my console. (like it doesn't notify me when i get anything) i can connect to party but can't connect to games online.

For a while i've had my NAT setting on moderate (months ago) and i was able to receive any sort of message, game invite and even connect to games so i highly doubt its that. I'm testing a random fix i found on that topic i linked but i'll just check my NAT in case whenever i'm done recovering my profile.

EDIT: Also this problem only started happening to me...2 hours ago.

What i meant is a while ago it was on "moderate" and i had no issue whatsoever, its been "Open" ever since. Still waiting for my GT to recover (its taking forever) then ill make a test and as i said, it only started happening...2 hours ago and it was all fine for the last 3 years. >_>;

My modem is recent of this year and i verified my ports and they're indeed "Open". So idk. :/

Your account can be comprimised individually while the rest of XBLA is perfectly fine. You need to contact Microsoft.

Nope, my account is perfectly fine and it works today. So that mostly mean its something on their end then and as i linked waaay above its a problem thats been hitting more people as days goes, someday its fine then the issue can come back at a later date.
