yeah i'v got the first Xbox i got it on it's launch's day and had no problems with it what so ever it's still running fine i still play on so time only the games that can't run on the Xbox 360..

No I did not which makes it even better to own a 360,Get to play all those xbox games which are now cheap so now even greater fun on my 360.

Bought it a year after launch.. Got GC on launch which severly disappointed. Ended getting a Xbox and Halo and never looked back. Bye bye Sony and Nintendo! (Cept for handhelds :P) Recently sold my original Xbox.

I dident, i had a PS2, then sold it to get a 360. Havent regreted it at all. The only game that made having a PS2 worth wiled was Socom...and by the time Socom 3 came out they had ruined that series beyond repair.

yep,  bought it at launch.  when i discovered gates had bought halo i knew what i had to do.  i had been hyped for years about halo from incite magazine.

I had a ps2 from the launch and i didn't get the xbox until christmas 2005. A year later (christmas 2006) I sold my xbox and got the xbox 360.

I was planning on buying it anyways, but I ended up winning it at a Christmas party for work. I ended up giving it to my sister just before getting a 360 though.

no i was a sony fanboy with nintendo, im not really a fanboy now, but the ps3 so far doesnt peak my interest the wii and 360 have greatly ive always been a fanboy of one system and liked nintendo alongside, i mean cmon its nintendo

I didnt i had the ps2 which i absolutely loved and to be honest every time i played on the xbox which my mat had i hated it especially the controller.

Was a Nintendo fanboy until Wii came out. Once I realized that Nintendo wouldnt crank out the M rated stuff, I decided to convert to 360. Halo and Gears kept me from converting to PS3 instead lol........

i loved my original xbox i had it and a ps2 (ps2 around launch and xbox around KOTOR) and loved it but then it died on my twice so i sold it when i was sold the wrong parts and couldnt repair it

Yup I had it.  I got far more enjoyment out of my PS2 though.  I love 360 now.  Microsoft has won me over.

Sure did bought it the day it came out, on my birthday.  But I also won one from Taco Bell too, if you guys remember the commercials where every single taco bell in america was giving away one free xbox.  The thing is I would walk up to the register and take every single ticket they had out while they weren't looking!  My friend won and xbox too.  You call it cheating, I call it ambition.

I owned a PS2 before and was going to get a PS3 but said what the hell and went and grabed a 360, best thing I ever did. Who the hell wants to wait around while sony decides when to bring thier system to the market. I live in Canada, and the PS3 and its hype is entirely over with here. You can buy them at almost any store they are never out of stock.

No i prefere the ps2 at the time i mean beside a few great games there wasnt much it cant offer the 360 on the other hand now that was a different story.
