I'm leaning all digital downloads as I never trade-in my games, but just wondering what others are looking to do...

Depends too much on the price, if it is less than 10 bucks difference, physical.
If it is more than 15, digital.
Between 10 and 15 depends on the game.
Im going physical for launch, but I plan on buying the games I will play a lot digitally. I went all digital for my vita/3ds and I really like it. Then again thats portable and it makes more sense for portability. Well See!
Physical since we can import games for half the price of the prices they have on Games on Demand here in Australia.
Till fucking sony/ms learn how price digital right I mostly stick to disc so i can sell them. I have no issue buying digital on my pc because of the prices are nice. Pre ordering a game can save you around $15! When a game is on sale they are nice sales not the garbage ones they have on console atm
i hope one day for the x1/ps4 stores will be able sale codes just like they do for steam/origin. IT will allow for that competitive pricing
A majority of my games are to be obtained digitally, with physical purchases being that of Single Player only story based affairs (unless theres a ton of replay potential).
I'm going all digital but I do have a concern that I have yet to find an answer to. MS has stated that all games will be available digitally on launch day, but they don't say at what time. Will they be available at midnight on their launch days? This is a big concern since I will be taking off work the 22nd. I will want to be able to begin playing as soon as I get home with my console right after midnight.
Does anyone know?
I'd be eager to buy digital games if I only knew we could still re-download them a decade from now. For instance.. what happens in a couple years should MS decide to shut down Live on 360? Doesn't this mean all the games/DLC we paid for can no longer be had unless it's already on our console? I don't like that idea since consoles don't seem to last long anymore. How does this work exactly? Will they at least keep the server up so we can re-download the game that we paid for? A decade isn't long enough for me either.. because if I pay the same amount for a new release then I expect to have indefinitely or as long as my account is active, and especially if I can't resell it.
Basically it's like asking do you want to buy or rent?
physical for me for sure. Much easier to browse store shelves for stuff
I'm all for physical but I don't agree here. No store shelves these days can compare to a service like Steam with it's huge back catalog and ease of use, trailers, pics, description, and required settings given for every title. If the Xbone had a better layout like this then it would be amazing.
I prefer physical because I own roughly 90-100 digital arcade games on the 360 right now and I forget what games I own because I don't have the game boxes to look at. Plus I like to get older used games that I never played before. I also plan to buy discs just out of principle so they don't do this drm shit again.
discs for me. i like to feel i own something.
forget digital. if they're charging the same price; i'm making the publisher pay for a disk, case, and manual/covers.
i find it ridiculous there's no digital discount. the publisher spends much less money there. why should they make more? (maybe if developers saw the extra, but not publishers ;-) )
I'm sticking with physical copies for most of my games. I may buy a couple games digitally just for ease and convenience but you just cant go wrong with physical copies. Unless they offer some kind of trade in system on XBL for your digital games, then I may go all digital as I tend to trade games in after I complete them.
