I heard a while back about the PS3 not supporting DX10 features like advanced physics and all of that good stuff, but that microsoft can or even will make the 360 have DX10 support. Anybody know more of this?

Oh god. you can't just ADD more DX10 features.

The GPU doesn't support it so it won't happen...

The xbox360 GPU is a DX9 Card with some DX10 features....

It's nothing like the 1080p uppdate...

The GPU is pretty badass, but why does it need a triple core CPU? PC's have stronger gpu's but only need a decent dual-core cpu.

I just don't understand the system, technically yet.

You should start with the basics, before trying to "understand" the system....

Pc's and consoles have different architecture. The processors in the xbox360 are

different from the processors we find in computers.

then I"ll say they really do wonders with the consoles. Look at Ninja Gaiden on the Xbox. It was made on hardware from 2001. That game is astounding. I can only imagine what late 360 titles will look like.

I dono guys, an update is all it takes, like getting Directx 8 to 9 on my computer. I don't know why they can't make updates to add stuff like that.

I do not think that the GPU is max out. and with that in mind we may see an update for them. Sort of a driver update for PC's GPU's. It will not be stronger but will be more smooth.
