Disappointed by Mass Effect?

ok i know alot of games arent perfect....and i feel im the type of gamer that needs his games to be about 10 hours long........mas effect IS a huge gme...but i dont think it needed to be so huge, i really dont like all of the menus you have to use to upgradeyour weapons and equip things etc....kinda confusing.and its SO slow paced. the conversating is the mostfun thing ive experienced so far bt it isnt all bad. ijust wish icould run and gun better or at least feel like i understand where im goingor what im doingnext.

i dunno i dont even hate the game. ijust heard so much hype and great reviews i was expecting to be blown away. theres texture pop-in and i just was expecting alittle less yawn and alot more wow..your thought?

In the first hour or so I didnt know what i was doing in the upgrading meny. but after some time youll eventually learn what it all means. aleast I did.elmafia

Umm I think your wrong and that this game is the best this year and pretty much for as long as I've played games. It has so much depth and customization, not only with your character but with your allies and the world/story. The combat is fun, tactical, and visually amazing especially when you use biotics and tech to manipulate and destroy all your enemys. Yeah there's pop ins but only when you load into a new area and it goes away pretty quickly. You have freedom to do what you want, which is a positive. If you can't handle it then I can't help you. They give you enough directions as to where to go. And when you say it didn't need to be so huge your kinda complementing it. How could that be a bad thing?MuffinPunk

i loved it, one of my favorite games but to tell you the truth, and this is just out of the fact that you said it was confusing, how old are you? i hope you arent too old because it was pretty simple if you ask me (and im only 13).
