Disc Reading Problem

Hello,

I just bought a new xbox 360 and tried playing two different games and everytime the theres a loadup screen or trying to save the screen goes blank and it says clean the disc. Is this a common problem and what should I do?

I'm not sure there's much to do. That problem would happen to me a lot in oblivion, a\nd now it's happening a lot in NCAA 08 football. It totally sucks but if the disk is clean there's nothing to do taht i know of, unless the 360 just gets too hot or somthing.

thats whats happening to me dont spend alot time trying to figer it out its the disk drive call 1-800-4myxbox and there send you box than send it back and there fix it or send you a new one its the only thing you can do so yeah good luck
