For some reason, one of my controllers keeps disconnecting. I don't know why. The battery compartment seems maybe a bit loose, but the batteries are still at like half power. My other controler is fine, but I"m not sure whats wrong with this one.

Anyone know what this is?

My controller did the same thing. The display said I still had 2/3 power left, but I decided to change the batteries anyway. My advice: don't trust the on-screen display and try some new batteries. It just might fix your problem.

Hit your guid button to pull up the tab, then look in the upper left corner. There should be a battery symbol with power bars in it.

This is why I bought a rechargable battery because I have the change the AA battery after like 10 hours of gameplay because it keeps getting disconnected. I haven't had the problem since getting the rechargable battery.

After a year of use my controller began doing the same thing, i also noticed that the battery pack was a bit loose i determined that it must be because i dropped it on a wooden floor once or twice; if you have done the same thing then all you can do to fix it is buy a new controller

Well i've never dropped this controller, but I will try replacing the batteries and see if that helps. If not i'm stumped :?
