Login there, and change your display name. It should initially show whatever name you're trying to change from.

This works; albeit the signin page is very sketchy

Anybody know how to stop XBox Live from signing you into Messenger automatically?

Geez I signed in once on XBox Live Messenger and now it signs me out of my computer MSN Messenger everytime I turn on my XBox. My computer is in the same room as my XBox I dont need it.

Can anyone help?

do the following steps:

1. access your xbox 360 guide

2. select your profile (click your gamertag)

3. select "auto sign-in"(sixth option)

and there you will have the option to enable or disable auto sign-in for xbox live and msn
