GTA4 needs saving? last i saw it was pretty much the highest reviewed game ever and sold how many copies? the game is near flawless. i think aside from obvious DLC (missions, guns, areas) the only thing the game needs would be checkpoints and to make your friends less needy.
The only weapon I feel that is needed that didn't come with the game was a silenced pistol. I'm hoping that might slip in some DLC in the future.Cwagmire21
Ya I loved killin randoms with that in San Andreas.
Plus auto stealth kills with the knife from behind.

agreed, a silenced piastol would help with random street killing
I didnt mind the new realism and all the changed that it brought, but I did mind that Niko couldnt become a true success. Sure they wanted to show how horrible that world is and how hard it's to survive for people like Niko and Roman but my Niko was rich. He could have bought stores and a huge villa, and I don't like that they didnt have that option. It's why GTA:VC is (imo) stil the best GTA game ever created, you could own a lot of businesses and have a huge villa with chopter and boat. That's what they need to have as DLC, buyable businesses and a new island with a mansion on it.
yea i felt the only true downfall of gta4 was the lack of extra things that SA had. Such as all the rpg elements of the character. Buying property and taking over gang terriorty was also fun. You could also fly jets, drive trains, more guns and vehicles.
GTA4 was a HUGE improvement in gameplay, but at the expense of a lot of fun content.
