DLC---Gears or RB6V

I'm trying to decide what to buy here, I play both games equally but I want to know which one is worth my money.  I hear the Gears maps are better than the ones the game came with. and with 2 new game modes and 5 maps for RB6V that seems like the better deal.  What did you people choose?

I have both. New Gears maps are alright but if you could only get one I'd go with the Rainbow Six pack, it's amazing.
