Perfect Dark 0 used to give me major headaches if I played for more than an hour.
But I can't say for sure whether it was because it was in First Person view or whether it was because the game was crap.

half life 2 for me aswell. :|
Oh yeah. Half-life 1-2 (PC or 360), King Kong, FF:ROTSS. Halo 2-3 give me some dizziness but it's not so bad since I can reduce the sensitivity & that actually helps. Sensitivity on Half-life is for sh1t. Slowing it down doesn't help, then you can't shoot anyone. I'm simply amazed at how fast Half-Life can make me sick. It only takes about 5 minutes of play. King Kong as well. Anything that claims to use the Half-Life engine will automatically be a no-go for me. Also, COD3 made me ill, but I managed to finish it anyway. I played the COD4 demo & it didn't make me feel too bad. The adrenaline combined with the rapid movement causes it I believe, at least in some cases.
Here are some remedies that I've noticed that help reduce the dizziness: No sugar beverages during, or just before, playing the game (such as cokes, orange juice, etc). No caffeine during, or before, play either. None of this will help me with Half-Life though.
Suprisingly, I can play Shadowrun without a single issue, even after several hours of play.
Oblivion makes me ill, but I can put it in 3rd person & then it's fine.
Played the M&M demo, made me sick as a dog. No-go there.
The new Frontline: Fuel of War demo is also not making me feel good.
Basically anything with a swivel camera/FPS probably has a 50% chance of making me dizzy.
I also can't watch other people play these games, especially kids who turn left or right quickly & sporadically.
