do i have the new heatsink

i am trying to find out if i have the new heatsink in my elite.

i turned it upside down and i am trying to see if i can see the disc drive clearly or not. idk where/wat it looks like and i can barely make anything out. i do see a small vertical copper tube about an inch and a half long. can this mean anything?
