Do i need a HD tv to plug in a 360?

i was thinking about getting one, but i want to know if i will have to buy more cables or other stuff. I dont have a HD TV, so will it plug into the kind of tv with the red white and yellow cables?

It comes with all the cables you need.

Yes, it comes with a cable that has both connections. Make sure the switch on it is set to TV and no HDTV. (oh, don't get a Core, not worth it)

it comes with a component cable that has the standard Read White and Yellow A/V cables, all you have to do is flip a switch from HD to SD TV

Nope. It would be hella nice if you did though, my 56" HDTV looks awesome when playing my 360. Almost brings a tear to my eye...
